Call Center Feasibility Project:- Provide Project Management support for startup company in the Caribbean.

• Includes management of internal and external teams; gathering business and technical requirements, vendor selection process; identifying building, systems, and staffing; and budget and business plan preparation for justification and funding.

Virtual Business Community Project:- Strategic Planning and Project Management for virtual project.

• Includes ideation, product management and development, and environmental assessment to determine readiness of web-based business network launch.

Airline Turnaround Initiative:- Provided Management consultancy/support to international airline.

• Included Project Management support; mentoring and coaching Acting Human Resources Director in new strategic role; organization assessments and project audits, with findings reported to Board of Directors and Executives along with recommended solutions to department/business owners.

Educational Institution Startup:- Managed Post Secondary School startup.

• Included gathering licensure and business requirements and gaining State, local and affiliation approvals; strategic planning and business plan development; managing brand, website and student information system development, and other technical requirements; developing operational and regulatory procedures; and developing and managing repository of lessons learned and best practices

Airline Consolidation Initiative:- Provided Project Management support to two international airlines in their consolidation efforts through implementation as they moved toward a merger.

• Included analysis of existing processes, systems, procedures, and assets; identifying new requirements in order to develop the transition and acquisition plans necessary to quickly launch the new company; organization assessments; and development and management of PMO SharePoint site for project communication and repository of lessons learned and best practices

PMO Development and Training:- Assist with the development of PMOs for clients, and provide PM training, coaching and mentoring

Business Development:- Manage new business development projects for clients and provide consultation on formation of corporations and business structures; new business start up procedures; strategic planning, business plan preparation; corporate identity and branding; and website deployment.
